XML API feature for hotels.

It allows you to obtain information about hotels/rooms (hotel name, rating, image URLs, prices);
1. get information about rooms availability for the given period with
different parameters (price from-to, hotel rating, hotel name);
2. insert inventory for rooms (add information about prices and availability);
3. book room (update inventory).
