Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Internet Merchandising Systems Inc. offers a Limited Money Back Guarantee for our products, services and offerings. We do, however, have a set procedure and specific guidelines that we follow for such requests. You are eligible for our Limited Money Back Guarantee if:

• You have placed an order for an Internet Merchandising Systems Inc. software product and work on customizations (if any) or installation has not yet begun.
• The cost of products/services rendered is in excess of $500.00 USD.
• Labor fees and rates are not refundable.
• You can provide a valid Invoice ID number, credit card Order ID number or other transaction identification code of some sort.

If you are eligible for our Limited Money Back Guarantee then you must follow the following procedure to take advantage of it:

• You must meet the above requirements in full (no exceptions will be granted.)
• Your account and request will then be reviewed, please allow two weeks.
• You may be telephoned, e-mailed, or contacted by postal service to discuss your reasons for taking advantage of our Limited Money Back Guarantee.
• We reserve the right to reject or not grant refunds, returns and cancellations at our discretion as pursuant to our Terms of Service and the product/service in question's terms of service.

All refunds will be sent via corporate check and corporate check only. We cannot credit your Credit Card account or send funds via Pay Pal. Wire transfers will only be considered for customers out of North America. We reserve the right to deduct a processing and handling fee of $25.00 from your refund. We also reserve the right to deduct the costs of international shipping, wire transfers and other miscellaneous fees which may be accrued during the refund receiving and processing process.
