HOW TO SET UP PAYMENT GATEWAY SYSTEM.

1.  From the main IMS Voyager page click on “Login” link.
As a result login form will appear:

2.      Enter your administrative login and password and press “Login” button.

3.      If login/password are correct you’ll see “Admin” link:

4.      Click on the “Admin” link and go to menu “Admin” => submenu “Edit Config” => submenu “Payment options”.

5.      As a result you’ll see the page like this:

6.      Select your payment gateway. For example, to select authorize. net:

(if you require us to set up or need a payment gateway that is currently unsupported an additional charge will apply.)

7.      Fill the following fields:
Merchant ID / Store ID
Merchant Password/API Token/Store Key

This information you must receive from the payment gateway.

For example, for authorize.net you must receive: “API Login ID” and “Transaction Key”.

In this case you need to enter:

”Merchant ID / Store ID” = API Login ID, received from authorize.net and
”Merchant Password/API Token/Store Key” = Transaction Key, received from authorize.net.

8.
Press “Save” button to save changes.

9.      Now you need to set-up your payment gateway to redirect on the IMSCart website after payment.

For example, to set-up authorize.net:

9.1. Go to https://account.authorize.net/

9.2. Enter you Login ID and Password.

9.3. After successful authentication: go to menu “Settings”:

9.4. Click on “Response/Receipt URLs” link:

9.5. Click on “Add URL” link:

9.5. Enter URL like this:
http://www.yourwebsite.com/imscart/index.php?page=checkout/thankyou&func=checkoutComplete
Please note: you have to add the 'www' otherwise the gateway connection will not work properly.

You need to change
http://www.yourwebsite.com/imscart/
with the actual IMSCart URL on your website.

Press “Submit” button to save changes.

9.6. Please return to “Settings” menu again and click on “Relay Response” link: On the opened page you can see “URL” text field. You need to enter the same URL here:
http://www.yourwebsite.com/imscart/index.php?page=checkout/thankyou&func=checkoutComplete
(again replace 'yourwebsite.com/imscart' with your URL and use 'www')
and then press “Submit” button:

9.7.Now you need to ensure that your payment system is in LIVE mode.
For authorize.net: go to menu “Settings” => click on “Test mode” link:

9.8. On the opened page you can switch TEST MODE “on” and “off” by pressing on the button.
”Test mode = on” means, that no real payments will be performed. It is useful to test payments before going to live.

On this screenshot test mode is off and account is already in live mode.

Almost all payment gateways have “Test mode” = ON by default.

10. Now you can use payment system to make payments from the IMSCart.
