The system itself is very flexible and seems limited only by your imagination. We only use a small portion of its capabilities but it is very apparent that its different branches (ferry, hotel, attractions, etc) work seamlessly together. As your staff becomes more aware and comfortable working within the software, their (IMS) help is needed much less often. We are very small and have limited personnel, most of which do double and triple duties, but even so we find it easy to program each years needs with encountering a minor glitch only rarely (and usually finding it to be a known procedural error). The entire IMS staff has been a pleasure to work with, and their quick and correct response to both minor request as well as major events is very consistent.
