IMScart Tour Reservation Desk is a stand alone Internet enabled system which looks after bookings or rentals/charters for tour, bus, boat, other equipment and aircraft operators. These reservations can be displayed in 15 minute increments or they could be overnight or a week, month or more.

Ideal for adventure companies, boat reservations, cruise operators, coaching companies, dive companies and any other tour or rental operator. The IMScart Tour Desk Reservation system is designed to handle it!

It can look after simple one class tours and equipment bookings or you can set up sophisticated classes of tours/equipment and define the price and number of occupants they hold. Your Visitors and Reservations staff will love it! Plus, you can assign resellers such as Travel Agents, etc, with their own commission rates to sell your tours.

You do not have to close out tours/equipment inventory or adjust availability since everything is real-time with your IMScart Master-Tour database. If there is one tour/equipment left, it can be booked by either the tour staff or using the IMScart Tour Reservation Desk System.

Once you have entered your inventory the system checks and maintains availability for you, automatically. No User or Manager Intervention since credit cards are automatically checked and charged.
